Shipping & Delivery

Orders over R1,250 are despatched FREE via Fastway Courier.

For all deliveries within South Africa we offer two courier options: Fastway Couriers or The Courier Guy.  Delivery cost and time is based on location, parcel weight and selected courier.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the payment date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

Returns & Replacements

If you are unhappy with the products you received; items received damaged; or we sent the wrong item, please contact us about returning the items after you have read our Returns Policy.

Ordering 

Ordering is easy -

1. simply log into your account - or create a new one if you don't have an account yet.
2. add the items you want to buy to your basket
3. checkout
4. pay via Payfast (card or EFT) or direct bank transfer

Viewing Orders

You can log back into your account at any time to review the orders you have placed and check the progress, including the tracking number for your delivery

Updating Account Information

You can manage your account information in your admin panel.  Simply log into your account and change addresses, phone numbers, email address, surname etc.
