WHAT IS A CRYSTAL CLAWZ DISTRIBUTOR?
A CRYSTAL CLAWZ Distributor is an independent business that buys their stock from CRYSTAL CLAWZ for sale to their customer base. Distributors are required to carry the full CRYSTAL CLAWZ product range and top up stock levels as their own stock sells out.
Distributors receive generous discounts on their own purchases to allow them to sell to their customers at CRYSTAL CLAWZ recommended retail price for a profitable income.
All Distributors are allocated an area in which they can develop their customer base.
WHY DO WE NEED DISTRIBUTORS?
Distributors are the “face” of CRYSTAL CLAWZ in their allocated areas. Many customers for our product range like to see the products before they buy. As much as we try, getting colours 100% right in images is not an easy task. If customers can see the product before they buy, they know exactly what they are getting.
Added to that, many customers simply don’t want to wait for, or pay for, a courier delivery. They want to take their goodies away immediately.
Distributors are also in a good position to “upsell” products as customers frequently buy extra items that they had not considered until they saw them.

WHAT DOES A DISTRIBUTOR DO?
Distributors act as Brand Ambassadors for CRYSTAL CLAWZ: Our reputation has been built on the superb quality of, not only our product range, but also our Customer Care. As an Accredited Distributor, your actions will have a direct impact on CRYSTAL CLAWZ’s reputation and credibility in the marketplace, and it is your responsibility to ensure that it remains at its high level and continues to improve.
The Distributor’s primary responsibility is to expand the reach of the CRYSTAL CLAWZ brand in their region by servicing local clients and actively promoting the Brand and product range via salon visits, canvassing, email, telesales and maintaining a strong social media presence.
A Distributor maintains adequate stock levels to service their client base, topping up regularly so that clients don’t have to wait to get their stock as well as ensuring that they have new product ranges available to offer clients as soon as Head Office begins to promote them.
Distributors are required to assist their customers to ensure that they remain delighted with the products they have purchased. This includes making sure that the customers know how to use them to their greatest benefit.
HOW DOES CRYSTAL CLAWZ SUPPORT ITS DISTRIBUTORS?
We understand that without ongoing support, neither CRYSTAL CLAWZ nor the Distributors will reach our goal of growing a profitable business.
We continue to actively promote brand awareness to support product sales and maintain a high profile in Social Media.
Marketing material including images and videos to assist Distributors to demonstrate, promote and showcase the product range are regularly made available and, naturally, ongoing technical support is available from Head Office
We are also committed to continuing to source new products to ensure that the CRYSTAL CLAWZ product range remains up to date with market trends and allow Distributors to continue offering new products to their client base.
Above all, we will always continue to quality test all products before offering them for sale via the Distribution network so that you can be sure that you are offering only the best of what is available.
INVESTMENT AND STARTUP STOCK
Distributors are required to carry stock of our full product range (except electrical products) for immediate supply within their geographical area.
The initial investment of R25,000 includes full start up stock at a significant discount to allow you to create start up offers and recover your costs in a short period of time.
Stock is pre-allocated by Crystal Clawz to ensure the range is fully covered.
TARGETS AND EARNINGS
All Distributors have a minimum monthly target after the first 3 months based on their area and these targets are re-assessed annually.
Discount for the first 3 months will be at full discount rates. After the initial 3 months, discounts are assessed monthly based on performance against target.
